It was truly a satisfying moment when I unexpectedly heard the announcement during the recent year-end party that Bellagio One was recognized as the best property of the year. The feeling someone gets when he fulfills his endeavor enveloped me —honored, proud, and inspired. I found myself in a state of shock, suddenly unable to hear the glorifying cheer of the crowd. Time seemed to have slowed down and all I saw were beautiful faces with joyful smiles. My mind flew fast and took me back to the time when I first saw Bellagio One.

Here at First Oceanic Property Management, we firmly believe and pride ourselves in our Top of Mind philosophy that encompasses not only our business process but also our mission and vision. With our customer-centric approach to the business, it is only fitting that we also focus on the micro-aspect of this approach. It’s time to start working on ourselves as individual embodiments of this philosophy that contribute greater to the greater whole.

Excellence cannot be achieved overnight but only through continuous improvements and measured quantitatively or qualitatively.  Organizations must take concrete steps towards excellence.  It doesn’t matter if these are baby steps if it’s in the right direction, or the improvement is incremental if it delivers results, or how insignificant the activity might be if it helps achieve goals and objectives.
