FAQs
  1. Eligibility
    • The promo is open to all iFAE users who make a qualified transaction within the promo period.
  2. Promo Period
    • December 15, 2025 to January 31, 2026
  3. How to Earn Points
    • Earn one (1) spin per qualified transaction with a minimum spend of ₱500.
    • A “qualified transaction” refers to one (1) completed payment, regardless of the total amount paid in that transaction.
    • Spins are NOT computed based on multiples of ₱500.
  4. Clarifications on Point Computation
    • Splitting a payment into multiple transactions is not allowed unless payment is per category (ex. Association dues, Utilities, special assessments etc.) 
    • Combining or merging receipts/payments will NOT be considered as one transaction.
    • Spins will be credited within (2) days after the transaction.
  5. Redemption
    • Accumulated points may be redeemed for rewards as listed in the official Rewards Catalog.
    • Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.
  6. Dispute Resolution
    • For any concerns regarding earned spins, unit owners may contact their respective Property Management Office. 
  7. Other Conditions
    • FOPM reserves the right to modify or update mechanics.

How to Redeem Prizes

  1. Open the iFAE app and log in to your account.
  2. Click the Spin to Win icon and tap on “My Rewards” from the main menu.
  3. Select the reward you want to use.
  4. Follow the redemption instructions (e.g., show voucher code at store, apply discount code online, or claim product/service from the partner).
  5. Once redeemed, the reward will be marked as “Used” in your rewards list.

 Pro Tip: Always check the validity period and partner brand instructions before redeeming your prize.

  1. Who can join the campaign?
    All iFAE app users with successful transactions during the campaign period (September 5, 2025 – January 31, 2026) are eligible to join.

  2. How do I earn spins?
    You earn 1 spin for every successful minimum payment of Php 500 made through the iFAE app.

  3.  Is there a daily limit on spins?
    Yes. Each user can redeem a maximum of 3 spins per day, regardless of the number of transactions.

  4. How do I use my spins?
    Simply go to the “Spin to Win” section in the iFAE app and tap “Spin” to play.

  5. What kind of prizes can I win?
    Prizes include vouchers, in-store discounts, products, and services from iFAE’s partner brands.

  6. Where can I view my rewards?
    All prizes will appear in the “My Rewards” section of your iFAE app.

  7. Can I transfer or exchange my prize?
    No. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not convertible to cash.

  8. What if I don’t see my prize in the app?
    If your reward does not appear within 24 hours, please contact iFAE Support through the app’s Help Center.

  9. Do my unused spins carry over after the campaign ends?
    No. All unused spins will expire after January 31, 2026.

  10. Are there restrictions on prize use?
    Yes. Each prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the partner brand providing it. Please check the details in your “My Rewards” section before redeeming.
