For this year’s anniversary, FOPM went the extra mile in celebrating its founding anniversary with a series of activities to celebrate the organizational milestone. This year’s anniversary theme was “We Learn, We Share, Have Fun, Give Thanks” and was represented by a series of events held over the month-long celebration.
To kick off the celebration, FOPM conducted an outreach program last January 22, 2018 at the Philippine Children’s Medical Center in Quezon City in partnership with the Kythe Foundation. The activity benefited almost 100 children with terminal illnesses and their families.
To inspire leadership within the group, almost 150 participants ranging from our supervisors to our executives attended the Leadership Summit, held at Eastwood Richmonde Hotel last January 27, 2018. The conference was facilitated by some of the best speakers in the country, including Raffy Perez, TJ Manotoc, RJ Ledesma, and Mennen Aracid. The participants learned about understanding milennials, our future leaders, who make up majority of FOPM’s current team. Female leadership was also celebrated – the women leaders of FOPM attended the Asia CEO Forum Women’s Summit and learned how they can be great leaders in and out of the business world.
To culminate FOPM’s anniversary series, employees were treated to a block screening of the movie The Great Showman at Uptown Mall Cinema on January 31, 2018 and Eastwood Mall on February 1, 2018. A Catholic Mass and a Christian Service were then held simultaneously on the afternoon of the first screening.
