1. A pop-up message will appear, reminding the customers that they will transferred to UnionBank Portal.

2. The customer must enter a UnionBank Online user’s credential.
3. Click the RECAPTCHA and clict Log-In.

4. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) that was sent via SMS and click Submit.

5. Select the account to be authorized.

6. Click the Authorize button to proceed with the payment.

7. If the payment transaction succeeded, a confirmation message will appear. Click OKAY to return to the iFAE Dashboard.
