Promo Mechanics:
I. The Promo will run from July 15, 2023 to August 15, 2023.
II. The Promo will be on a first come, first serve basis. Submission of the google form will not serve as a guarantee for a confirmed slot.
III. Registration
- Interested clients must fill out the registration form through the Google Form link indicated below:

- The client must fill out all necessary information such as name, e-mail, contact number, preferred date and time of visit, number of pax, and preferred list of activities to proceed with the booking.
- The client can review the list of available activities on the Itinerary section of this promo.
- Please note that only the activities stated on the mechanics are only free to clients who will avail The Hamptons Experience Tour.
IV. Confirmation
- The client will receive an email from the Customer Relations Office of The Hamptons Caliraya to confirm the requested booking.
- The email shall contain confirmation details, itinerary, and assigned agent to assist the client with the tour.
- The client must send an email reply to confirm the booking within 24 hours.
- Once confirmed, a township tour guideline will be sent to the client’s email together with the details of the agent assigned for the tour.
V. Itinerary
- Before the scheduled tour.
a. After arriving at the site on the scheduled date and time, the client must register and confirm their details at The Hamptons Caliraya Sales Lounge.
- Project Presentation and Tour
a. The assigned agent will be the one to tour the client around the community.
- Activities
a. As mentioned above, the client may avail the following land and water activities:

– Exclusive of other fees such as golf cart use, caddy, etc.
– Maximum of three (3) pax per group
– If two (2) or more members of the group will avail the free green fee, only half of the allotment of the free activities at Mountain Lake Resort may be availed.

- b. Any additional pax, equipment, and other fees not included in the guidelines must be shouldered by the client or agent and paid directly to Mountain Lake Resort or Caliraya Springs Golf Club.
- Dining
a. The client is entitled to dining credits to La Cucina de Caliraya amounting between P 2,000.00 to P 3,500.00 maximum.
b. The exact amount of dining credits that the client may receive will be determined based on the client pax. The final amount will be sent on the confirmation email.
c. Unconsumed dining credits cannot be converted to cash or used as payment for any additional activity not covered in the promo.
d. Any amount exceeding the dining credits shall be paid by the client immediately.
e. The dining credits are strictly for the consumption of the registered client who will avail the township tour at The Hamptons Caliraya. The registered client must be physically present with a valid ID.
f. The dining credits are strictly non-transferable.
VII. Non-confirmation and Cancellation
- Both Caliraya Springs Golf Club and Mountain Lake Resort have the right to decline any booking of activity if there are no slots available due to prior reservations of other clients on the day of the intended booking.
- The client will be notified in advance if their preferred schedule is fully booked or if their chosen activities are unavailable.
