PRC PRESTIGE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
Mechanics:
1. PRC PRESTIGE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM is open to all FOPM NCR RESIDENTS (referred as “residents”)who are at least 18 years old but not more than 64 years old.
2. Interested residents may purchase the PRC PRESTIGE MEMBERSHIP Card by emailing [email protected] within five (5 ) days before intended date of delivery by MAPFRE to the condo unit. Residents are requested to email their preferred place of delivery/pick up of the cards.
3. The PRN (Payment Ref. No.) and other membership requirements will be emailed to the purchasing resident to facilitate the activation of the card and payment process through:

4. Cards will not be delivered/activation code will not be sent via email, unless the Php 1,100 PRC membership fee is fully paid.
5. If a resident is uncertain of the ability to get the physical card and wishes to digitally activate the PRC Membership, a MAPFRE representative will email the membership card number and activation code to the resident so the resident can activate via the web.

Go to www.helpandprotect.com.ph/prc/ and provide the necessary information and activation code. Activation will be confirmed upon submission.
7. Prestige Membership , Personal Accident and Life Insurance will be effective for one (1) year from date of purchase.
Insurance inception will be based on:
a.) Non-life Insurance
Non-life insurance cover will automatically start upon confirmed Purchase
b.) Life Insurance
Life insurance must be activated upon review and acceptance of the Declaration of good health via the PRC Help and Protect Microsite. Failure to activate the membership card through the microsite within sixty (60) days from purchase will forfeit the life insurance benefit.
8. Each individual is entitled to a maximum of 1 activated PRC PRESTIGE MEMBERSHIP Card per year only. Membership and insurance may be renewed annually through purchase and activation of another membership card as soon as the current membership expires.
9. PRC PRESTIGE MEMBERSHIP Card will be made available at any of the MAPFRE BRANCHES or will be delivered at the lobby of the FOPM managed property or preferred NCR location (subject to availability of messenger) within 5 working days from payment.
10. When claiming the cards, the resident must present the proof of payment.
11. Employees of FOPM, as well as their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are qualified from joining the PRC PRESTIGE MEMBERSHIP CARD PROGRAM .
