- Purchase of SOS Christmas Care Cards is unlimited for residents. Interested residents may purchase the SOS Christmas Care Cards by emailing [email protected] or calling 8876-4342.
- Residents are requested to include preferred place of delivery (limited only to the lobby of the FOPM managed property) or pick-up at any of the MAPFRE branches. Delivery or pick-up will be arranged within 5 working days from payment.
- A MAPFRE insurance representative will get in touch and email the PRN (Payment Reference Number) to the resident and provide payment instructions through:

- MOBILE & ONLINE BILLERS
- CASH / CHECK
- To register your insurance, residents upon purchase and payment of the SOS Christmas Care Card must activate the Insurance via web immediately or not later than 90 days from purchase/receipt of the SOS Christmas Care Card.

Go to www.helpandprotect.com.ph/sos/activation and provide the necessary information and activation code. Activation will be confirmed upon submission.
- Terms of Insurance and 24/7 Mediphone will take effect immediately upon receipt of successful activation and expiring one (1) year thereafter.
- Employees of FOPM, as well as their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are qualified to avail of the MAPFRE Christmas Campaign.
