Mechanics:
1. Eligibility
ChaYi shall extend a 10% discount to customers who present a valid iFAE Experience Card, either in physical form or via the official iFAE App.
2. Coverage
- Discount is valid for any drink purchase unless otherwise stated.
- Redemption is available exclusively at ChaYi – Venice Grand Canal and Fame branches.
3. Redemption Guidelines
- The iFAE Experience Card must be presented at the point of transaction.
- One (1) card entitles the holder to one (1) discounted drink per transaction.
- The discount cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or loyalty rewards.
- The discount is not valid at any other ChaYi branches.
4. Usage Policy
- iFAE Experience Cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered cardholder.
- ChaYi reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the card.
- Discount privileges may be suspended or revoked in cases of misuse, fraud, tampering, or violation of store policies.
- Participating drink categories and branches may be updated with prior notice to the Partner.
