FAQs
  1. Promo Offer: Buy two (2) drinks and get the third (3rd) drink at 50% off.
  2.  Eligible users will receive a unique alphanumeric voucher code issued by ChaYi via the iFAE app. 
  3.  Once a voucher code has been redeemed, it will be automatically invalidated and cannot be reused
  4. Promo is redeemable exclusively at the following ChaYi branches:
    – Venice Grand Canal
    – Fame Mall
  1.  Voucher must be presented before payment at the counter.
  2. One (1) voucher redemption per transaction only.
  3.  Voucher is not transferable, not convertible to cash, and cannot be exchanged for other products or discounts.
  4.  Discount applies to the lowest-priced drink among the three drinks purchased.
  1.  Promo is applicable to all ChaYi drinks, unless otherwise stated.
  2.  Promo cannot be combined with other ongoing promos, discounts, vouchers, or loyalty rewards.
  3. Voucher is valid until April 30, 2026, unless fully redeemed earlier.
  4.  ChaYi reserves the right to:
     – Verify the validity of voucher codes and transactions
     – Reject invalid, duplicated, or fraudulent redemptions
  5. ChaYi and iFAE reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promo mechanics with prior written notice, in compliance with applicable guidelines.
