iFAE 5th Anniversary Promo
Elligibility
Promo 1: Unit Owners who have fully paid in 2025 via check
– To qualify for the reward, participants must make three consecutive monthly payments for their utilities/special assessments through iFAE’s online payment channels during the campaign period.
Promo 2: Unit Owners who wish to pay in advance up to December 2025 through online channels.
– Members opting to pay their association dues in advance through December 2025 must settle all outstanding dues and assessments at the same time using iFAE’s official payment platforms.
Note: For both promos, the unit owner should have NO outstanding balance.
How to participate?
Step 1. Download the official iFAE App.
– Scan the corresponding QR below to download the app. (Available on the Apps Store and Google Play)
Step 2. Register for the promo.
– Login to iFAE and click the checkbox on the promotional banner displayed to complete the registration process.
Reminder: To be included in the reward distribution list, remember to click the promotional banner checkbox before making an advance payment.
Step 3. Make an advance payment.
– On the iFAE dashboard, locate and click “PAY NOW“.
– Select the dues to pay and enter the desired advance payment amount.
– Pay and complete the transaction.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Payment Requirement: Eligible unit owners must fulfill the applicable payment criteria outlined above using the iFAE’s official online payment channels during the campaign period.
2. Reward Notification: Qualified participants will be notified of the process of claiming the reward via email or in-app notification no later than September 15, 2025.
3. Non-Transferable Rewards: Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. One Reward per Unit Owner:Promotion is subject to availability and is only valid while supplies last. An eligible unit owner can only receive one reward for the advance payment per property.
5. Not combinable with other promos: Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions available in iFAE EC, in-store, and online.
6. Validity Period: This promotion is valid until August 31, 2025. Claiming of items is only valid for one month after receipt of the award notification.
7. Promotion is subject to availability and is only valid while supplies last.
